When you first begin your Touchstone sessions, consistency is very helpful to allow vibrational changes to get a foothold so they stay with you. Over the course of your 12 sessions, you’ll gain momentum in your desired direction and practice your focus and skills you learn. Listen to your inner guidance about when to schedule your next session.

*If this is your first time scheduling a session, you can either choose the Introductory Single Session or the Touchstone Package which includes either 3 or 12 private sessions.

Each session is 30 minutes.

The Tune-Up sessions are only available for those who have previously done the 3 sessions of the Touchstone Package.
