2.Refunds, Being On Time, and Rescheduling (One to One Sessions)
Refund Policy: Make sure you are ready to move forward before you sign up. All of our Sessions are non-refundable. If you are ready, you will undoubtedly receive infinite rewards and movement with each session.
Be On Time: We are on time and expect you to be as well. Which means that your allotted time is your allotted time.
Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours beforehand, you will forfeit the session except in extreme emergencies. We know things happen. If you give us 24 hours notice if an emergency has come up, we will do our best to reschedule you as soon as possible, but please know it may be some time before another space opens up.
3. Expiration of Sessions (One to One Sessions)
You must use your sessions within 6 months of purchase date.
4. Transfer of Sessions If you’d like to transfer your One to One sessions to someone else, you may do so with a $60 transfer fee. Contact us and we’ll set it up.
I understand that at the class/workshop/coaching or related activities, I may be photographed, video taped or audibly recorded. I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness and voice to be used for any legitimate purposes by Lorrie Rivers (Teacher, stompinAngel Productions, LLC). If recording and using my likeness is not what I want, I agree to turn off my camera and/or not speak.
YOGA, BREATHING, EXERCISE, any PHYSICAL COACHING: Please consult your physician before taking on any new fitness regime. In participating in this exercise program, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You should understand that when participating in any exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. Please be mindful and listen to your body. Energetic coaching is not currently regulated by any licensing board in the United States. Any spiritual counseling provided is not necessarily a part of any recognized religion or ministry, nor is it intended as the practice of clinical psychology.
